Hands Across Time is confident that you will be happy with your purchases. However, in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with your items, we will offer you a refund or exchange within 28 days of your purchase.
The items must be returned in their original condition, re-saleable.
Proof of purchase will be required, so please keep your receipt.
